Registration details
The conference is open to any interested participant, academic or non-academic. Registration is mandatory in order to attend (any part of) the conference or present a paper.
Please note that the registration would be complete only when you pay the fees, only entering the details would not be sufficient.
The Invoice receipt of registration will be provided to the registrants on the first day of the conference at IIM Udaipur i.e. December 09, 2024
Each registered author is allowed to present at most two papers.
Early bird registration ends: October 31, 2024
Registration details for Indian Residents

- The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions and social events, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner.
- Registration fees do not include accommodation. For accommodation details go to Travel & Stay.
- Please note that the student registration should be accompanied by a formal proof or certificate of studentship. This can be copy of a student card, provided that it clearly mentions the current academic year, the students’s name, and the institution, or a letter by the dean or research supervisor that states that you are a student at your university/institution in the academic year 2024-25. The proof of studentship should be scanned and sent via email to mathsport@iimu.ac.in
